I model and prmote a healthy and balanced life style in my work and volunteer life. My professional life revolves around to initiatives: 1)adding to/changing the existing transportation system to be inclusive of bicycles through a connected network called the US Bicycle Routes System and 2)coordinating a route that promotes cycling to minority populations for health, recreation and education in honor of the Underground Railroad.

The place for which Ginny feels a fondness or connection:
I feel most connected to the earth when I am in the mountains, hiking or bicycling.

The change Ginny passionately wants to happen:
That we reduce our dependence on oil, create neighborhoods that are complete with streets, sidewalks, bike lanes and bus routes.
