Amanda Gabster's Profile

About Amanda Gabster

This is how Amanda is a Changemaker:
Change comes a little at a time. I am a changemaker because I feel the passion, enthusiasm and endurance to use projects to better the public health of the Ngobe people. After years of these projects, eachone will magnify the others and a change will happen to better the health and education of the Ngobe-Bugle of Western Panama.

The place for which Amanda feels a fondness or connection:
I feel a connection in the very rural Ngobe-Bugle Comarca. This connection sprouts from the love the Ngobe people have for land and the beautiful forests in the comarca. Also, I feel the unwavering enthuiasm and hope the Ngobe people feel as they try to better the lives of their children while preserving their culture.

The change Amanda passionately wants to happen:
To sustainably bring high standards of water quality, sanitation control, health education and community development to the people of the Ngobe-Bugle Comarca as these are universal birthrights.
