John Piermont Montilla's Profile

About John Piermont Montilla

This is how John Piermont is a Changemaker:
Because John Pierre considers himself a servant leader - who have been searching for answers and what his purpose of existing in this very hostile world... he cannot argue his self-discovery that he exist to fight for those who does not have a voice to survive because he himself did not have any voice.. Until he learned to let go his fears and confront the world. And because he wanted to rise above the givens in life most often than not he refuse to accept, he commit to overcome these by transcending the spheres of progressions he lay down upon himself and those under the care of his organization: from victims to survivors, from survivors to advocates, from advocates to nation-builders and finally enduring every adversity in life to become Global Citizens

The place for which John Piermont feels a fondness or connection:
John Pierre feels connected whenever he is with street children and other outcasts and rejected members of society. He feels a strange form of peace, security and belongingness. He considers these young people his family and source of healing. They see hope in his smile and he sees the same hope in their eyes. Though their organization's inner peace summit conducted every year when they unite themselves with the Earth, he go with them in a place where they can connect themselves from their inner wounded child, connect with eah other, and connect their inner struggles and strengths believing that by doing so - they take responsibility of the others and that through shared strengths they overcome each others burden and each becomes lighter. As he strive to connect himself to the Earth and to Humanity, he did so by redifining God in his life as a manifestation rather that an exisiting supreme being. God's manifestation according to him is a human decision and spiritual journey and not a religious dogma. A sacred decision toward being respectful of his own existence, his relationship with other humans and how he cares for the source of life - the Earth. Man's failure in doing so is the manifestation of the Devil resulting to indifference, war, hunger, destruction. However weaving one's relationship to other humans, the animals, plants, the air, the seas, the mountains, the trees and the stars results in manifesting the Great Spirit that makes this world a peaceful place to live. To make the world a peaceful place however starts as an individual journey and an inner daily struggle confronting the givens in life existing before one is born or even when Humanity was formed. One is born with two powers, one is the inherent power of Light and the other is the inherent power of Darkness. Man's struggles is within and that is the darkness and the light, when the darkness overcomes light = chaos and when light overcomes darkness = peace.

The change John Piermont passionately wants to happen:
~ JOHN passionately want to happen is to influence people to dream, he believes that true leaders has no followers because a leader is a follower of his own dreams. Once he lead, people see their dreams and decides to follow them. And from there on, change happens and each becomes changemakers of their own ~
