About Stephen Byars

This is how Stephen is a Changemaker:
I teach business communications in the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. My scholarly interests--both in and out of the classroom--center on professional ethics (business, law, and medical) and the manner in which a discussion of ethics can be integrated into business school curricula on a constant basis. The dynamics of the professional world, especially forms of communication on the job and the mediation of work-related disputes, form the focused lens through which I view the workplace.
