“The unique method of tourism development in Bhutan is an innovative approach to preserving the culture, environment and heritage of the Bhutanese, while intimately sharing the nation’s treasures with educated and curious travelers.”

What a great site ???????
A leader in this arena. USA could learn from this and start with their National federal lands destinations. I especially liked role governement can play in guiding industry for incentives based action.
I have written about Bhutan in my "What a Trip" newspaper column as Guide Tenpa Chophel came to speak about "The Land of the Thunder Dragon" at an REI store in Concord, California. REIadventures.com was offering a trip to Bhutan in 2008.
Best of luck with your marketing program. I look forward to visiting Bhutan one day soon.
