Nominate your favorite example of geotourism -- defined by National Geographic as tourism that sustains or enhances the geographical character of a place: its environment, heritage, culture, aesthetics, and the well-being of its residents.

All nominees will receive a personal email informing them that National Geographic and Ashoka's Changemakers are interested in their work as an example of geotourism. While the 2007 Geotourism Challenge is now closed for entries, as of April 16th, 2008, National Geographic and Ashoka's Changemakers will continue in the search for the most innovative types of Geotourism with their next competiton in January os 2009.
