This is how Constance is a Changemaker:
I am using my personal resources to find innovative and locally appropriate ways to proivde water and sanitation services to slums and to restore and protect the environmental health of the Nairobi River.

The place for which Constance feels a fondness or connection:
Any Franciscan church, chapel or friary.

The change Constance passionately wants to happen:
I want human beings to learn how to protect the resources of Planet Earth and to learn to share these resources with each other.
