I recently joined the Ashoka's Changemakers team as the Partner Relations Manager where I focus on expanding and growing the Partners Program for Ashoka’s Collaborative Competitions. In my spare time, I'm working on my 2nd year of doctoral research at the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland Galway. I stay active in several issue areas, particularly around international human rights, rule of law and conflict prevention. I am an avid traveler and a bit nomadic. I love exploring far away places and immersing myself in local cultures. I have been an active volunteer and activist for over 10 years and currently very focused on the anti-genocide advocacy movement. I am a novice speaker of other languages (French, Spanish, Italian and Bulgarian) and teaching myself Arabic. I still love to play around with digital photography and I'm a huge fan of Super 8 film-making (old school!). I'm a self-proclaimed music fanatic and continually search for eclectic additions to my iTunes library.
