This is how Pandiyan is a Changemaker:
India is a Socialistic and larger democratic country in the world, Article 14 to 32 of Indian constitution is guranteed the human rights for all the citizens. In further Art.17 of Indian constitution is abolished untouchability and frbidden the prcatices and it any form is punishable. Hence more than 250 million of Dalits are discriminated and socialy excluded for many years even though there are anti discriminatory laws and other human rights mechanisms are avilable.In this context i work for the socially excluded community to access the excisiting criminal justice Administrative systems to ensure the rights and social justice of Dalits,Marginalised and other socially excluded community.

The place for which Pandiyan feels a fondness or connection:
Soicially excluded Children,women,youth and men

The change Pandiyan passionately wants to happen:
Ensuing the social justice of Dalits,Equality with human Dignity by holding the state accountability and the rule of law
