Dear Mr. Park,
The Adanwomase Tourism Management Team sounds like it is effective at managing Kente cloth revenues. The challenges, like people reluctant to work as a group, seem significant, as do the rewards.
You are probably familiar with Global Mamas, but if not, have a look at their website at http://www.globalmamas.org. This organization, based in the US, markets and distributes apparel produced by women in Ghana. For example, Cape Coast female entrepreneurs who work with batiking and sewing co-op are profiled on the website.
Although spreading tourism to nearby communities, and not marketing Kente cloth, seems like the next step, perhaps ATMT and Global Mamas could exchange ideas.
Best wishes,
Amy
