Thanks Kataharina for your contribution. I wish to reply as follows:
1.At the moment we have no facilities. We are using the local Primary School grounds for practice and competion.
2.This Club is serving a community of about 300 youth/children whom we have organized them into five teams and compete within themselves and on invitation to other sublocations.
3. Apart from football which is practiced over the weekends and evenings, the youths involved are from various displines. Some are in tertially schools, others in local Primary Schools whilst the majority who have dropped from school due to lack of school fees are working the village farms and herding cattle.
4. I have not held talks or been trained on counselling and what I have been doing is through my life experience.I would very much appreciate any assistance to enable me attain training.
5. I am targeting any youth below the age of 18 years.
6.We have no partners. We are doing this through the community members and merry go rounds to raise funds to buy uniforms and balls.
7.It will assist if you can enable us partner with succeful clubs/projects here in Kenya if you know any.
Thanks

Your project sounds really interesting especially the fact that it was founded by the members of the community themselves. May I make a suggestion? May be you should add more information to your profile, although it seems like it is a fairly new project since it was only founded this year there is probabaly a lot more information you could add.
I wonder what kind of facilities do you have right now and how large is the community you work in? How often do you meet and how many children and youths participate? Who is actually doing the work and what are you doing apart from playing football, you said you helped children get off drugs do you have talks or life skill lessons? Which age group or gender do you target? Do you have any partners? I know of a number of different projects in Kenya that use football like the MYSA project, they have an entrance here as well may be you could partner up with another project or get some ideas.
